Exchange Policy

We want to ensure you love every WellnessWonderz Box and every item you receive. That’s why we have a #lovemywellnesswonderzbox guarantee where we offer easy exchanges on most* items you receive in your WellnessWonderz Box!

If you subscribe and receive an item in your WellnessWonderz Box which you would like to exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email hello@wellnesswonderz.com, Subject Line: Item Exchange.
  2. Kindly share with us the item and reason for exchange.
  3. We will get back to you as soon as possible, but please bear with us as it could take 2-5 working days.
  4. We will provide you with options from which you can select to exchange the product you don’t want.
  5. We will arrange to pick up the item you would like to return.
  6. We will add the replacement item in your next WellnessWonderz Box (next quarter’s Box), if you would like to receive your replacement item before your next WellnessWonderz Box is due a shipping fee of 20 AED is applicable.
  7. If your WellnessWonderz subscription has ended and you would like to exchange an item, you can either renew your subscription (and we will send the item in your next box) or a fee of 20 AED will be charged for delivering the exchange product.
  8. Our #lovemywellnesswonderzbox guarantee can be used only a number of times as follows: 
    – Quarterly and 6-month subscription can avail the guarantee once
    – 12-month subscription can avail the guarantee Twice

*The only exception to this option is samples or vouchers you may have received in your WellnessWonderz Box. Our boxes contain 4-6 premium items, in addition to samples to try in your box or vouchers. These samples and voucher cannot be exchanged.
