Exchange Policy
We want to ensure you love every WellnessWonderz Box and every item you receive. That’s why we have a #lovemywellnesswonderzbox guarantee where we offer easy exchanges on most* items you receive in your WellnessWonderz Box!
If you subscribe and receive an item in your WellnessWonderz Box which you would like to exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email hello@wellnesswonderz.com, Subject Line: Item Exchange.
- Kindly share with us the item and reason for exchange.
- We will get back to you as soon as possible, but please bear with us as it could take 2-5 working days.
- We will provide you with options from which you can select to exchange the product you don’t want.
- We will arrange to pick up the item you would like to return.
- We will add the replacement item in your next WellnessWonderz Box (next quarter’s Box), if you would like to receive your replacement item before your next WellnessWonderz Box is due a shipping fee of 20 AED is applicable.
- If your WellnessWonderz subscription has ended and you would like to exchange an item, you can either renew your subscription (and we will send the item in your next box) or a fee of 20 AED will be charged for delivering the exchange product.
- Our #lovemywellnesswonderzbox guarantee can be used only a number of times as follows:
– Quarterly and 6-month subscription can avail the guarantee once
– 12-month subscription can avail the guarantee Twice
*The only exception to this option is samples or vouchers you may have received in your WellnessWonderz Box. Our boxes contain 4-6 premium items, in addition to samples to try in your box or vouchers. These samples and voucher cannot be exchanged.
